Custom duty fees may be charged if this information is not made explicit, and the cost will be subtracted from any goods refunds. On your return mailing label and invoice, reference your original ORDER NUMBER.
An order may be cancelled during the first hour. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item if the order status is SHIPPED/COMPLETE.
When returning your order, we advise you to keep the proof of shipment in case there is a disagreement.
